Anatomy of Emotion.
Beyond the stethoscope and the clinical rounds, there is the lens. Cinema, to me, is the ultimate laboratory of the human spirit. While medicine allows me to heal the body, acting allows me to explore the complexities of why we live.
My experience with "Cotton Queen" was more than just a role; it was a realization. Every character is a patient story waiting to be told, and every scene is a study in empathy. In front of the camera, I find the same pulse that I look for in the ward—the raw, unfiltered heartbeat of humanity.
The Dual Life.
As a medical student, I've learned that healing is as much about the human spirit as it is about biological systems. This realization drives my passion for the arts—be it through acting, singing, or community service.
I believe that creative expression is a vital component of wellness, both for the individual and for society. My work aims to bridge these two worlds, bringing the discipline of medicine to my art and the empathy of art to my clinical practice.
